Personal Information, which may include your identifying data, including your name, title, organisation/company, address, email address, and phone number, as well as coaching goals and progress, your answers to onboarding forms and worksheets used during coaching and training, to

•  Ensure compliance with applicable law and respond to requests from government authorities, where required.

Commercial information, which may include your account and billing data, your contact data, the details of the Services you have ordered or purchased from us, and any billing and payment details you provide to us to

•  Create an account for you or the organization for which you work.

•  Manage the account.

•  Fulfil your order.

•  Provide you with customer service and technical assistance.

•  In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale, or similar transaction.

Device and Usage Data, which includes internet or other electronic network activity information, your internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, the web page you visited Before visiting our websites, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, unique device identifier (i.e. MAC address), Cookies, and other technology on the devices you use to access our websites. Usage data includes data that tells us how you use our Services. We may also

collect device data directly from our products, including location and telemetry data.

Note that we do not consider Device or Usage Data to be Personal Information except where we link it to an individual or where applicable law requires to
